		<description>Personally, if he filed and claimed her, HE will be in trouble. You just have to make sure that you don&#039;t try to claim her if he&#039;s already done so. Remind him that he cannot claim her because she doesn&#039;t live with him and he doesn&#039;t have custody, it&#039;s fraudulent. He can be reported (esp. if he is not paying child support) b/c he doesn&#039;t have custody. Contact a lawyer to receive advice on this. If you were providing for her, then you have the right to claim her.</description>

		<description>My husband and i have been seprated for almost 11 months and our daughter is 10 months we do not live together and i support our daughter he doesnt help . when taxes came around it was brought to my attention that he claimed our daughter on his taxes . i dont think thats right seeing she does not live with him . if you could get back to me thank you..</description>
